4.1. The headnotes to the clauses of this Privacy Policy are for reference purposes only and shall in no way govern or affect the interpretation of nor modify nor amplify this Privacy Policy nor any clause of this Privacy Policy.

5.1. As regards to the Website management, Mosego (whose contact information is provided below) acts as the Data Controller.
5.2. In the specific context of handling your Orders, please be aware that certain of Mosego’s service providers that receive your personal information may act as Data Controllers: this is specifically the case for parcel delivery services (e.g., The Courier Guy) and service providers that handle payment and fraud management (e.g. Yoco).

16.6. Mosego does not control all risks related to the operation of the internet and draws your attention to the inherent risks of using any website.
17. PROTECTION OF MINORS
